What are we looking for?
A Junior Demand Planner, who can help the company understand how much product customers will need in the future.
You will analyze sales data, collaborate with Sales, Product and Supply Chain teams, and help build demand forecasts that support production, purchasing and business planning.
You will work with Excel, data analysis tools and planning systems to build forecasts and insights that help the company make better decisions.
This role is ideal for someone starting their career in Supply Chain, Business Analytics or Data Analysis, who enjoys working with data and understanding how products perform in the market.
About the Role:
Analyze historical sales data to understand demand patterns and trends.
Support the creation of sales forecasts at SKU and product family level.
Build forecast data beyond 12 months to support long-term strategic decisions.
Participate in monthly demand review meetings with Sales teams to align forecasts with market expectations.
Track and analyze key planning metrics such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias and Product Availability.
Support new product launches, ensuring forecasts and product data are properly updated.
Collaborate with different teams across the company (Sales, Product, Logistics, Purchasing and Planning).
Help improve planning processes, reports and tools.
About you:
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain or similar.
Internship or initial experience in supply chain, planning or data analysis is a plus.
Good Excel skills and interest in working with data.
English fluent.
Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools.
