What are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person to provide administrative and operational support to our Custom business line.
In this role, you will ensure the accurate management of incoming leads, contributing directly to smooth operations and business success.
About the Role:
Maintain and update the customer database, sales pipeline, and tools such as ASANA.
Prepare commercial offers, sales documents, and monitor product availability.
Support project management with internal teams and track project status.
Update catalogues, price lists, and product information on B2B platforms and Masterfiles.
Communicate commercial updates to agents, distributors, and internal teams.
Enter purchase orders (POs), both expense and commission based.
About you:
1–2 years of experience in administrative roles / Inside sales / sales development / Customer Service or similar.
Languages:
Catalan &/o Spanish: native or full professional proficiency.
English is highly valuable
Valuable knowledge CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

Temporary contract (maternity leave cover)
Fixed salary between 21-27K€ gross per year, plus a 10% variable component, depending on experience.
30 calendar days of holidays per year (22 working days) + 3 extra days off.
